Why Crest IQX
Multi-disciplinary by design
Procurement, supply chain, talent, and BPO under one roof — because enterprise problems rarely respect functional silos.
Outcome, not activity
We measure our work by the operational and financial outcomes we create — not by hours logged or lines delivered.
Cross-border fluency
Our presence in the US, UAE, UK & Europe, and India gives us working knowledge of regulatory, commercial, and cultural context across markets.
Enterprise-grade rigor
From compliance to contracting, we operate to the standards expected by healthcare, government, and regulated industries.
How We Engage
Every engagement follows the same discipline, whether it is a single container or a multi-site managed service.
Scope
We start with the constraint, not the catalogue. Specification, volume, compliance requirements, and commercial reality get defined before anything moves.
Source
We qualify against category fit rather than fixed geography. Manufacturers, suppliers, and candidates are shortlisted on capability, capacity, and compliance — then validated before they reach you.
Deliver
Contracting, quality control, logistics, and mobilisation handled end to end. One point of accountability, regardless of how many parties sit behind it.
Sustain
Post-delivery review, supplier performance tracking, and continuous optimisation of cost, lead time, and service level.
Engagement Models
Three ways to work with us, depending on how much of the function you want to own.
Project-based
Defined scope, fixed deliverable. Tenders, one-off sourcing programmes, market entry studies, recruitment mandates.
Retained advisory
Ongoing access to our procurement, supply chain, and commercial expertise on a monthly basis — without adding headcount or fixed overhead.
Managed service
We operate the function. Embedded teams, dedicated sourcing desks, or full BPO delivery against agreed service levels.
Sectors We Serve
Our work concentrates where operational complexity and compliance pressure meet.
View All Industries →Facilities Management
Consumables, equipment, and manpower for contracts operating at scale across multiple sites.
Healthcare
Supply continuity and documentation standards for clinical environments where substitution is not an option.
Hospitality
Sourcing and staffing for properties where guest experience is the product.
Industrial & Manufacturing
Raw materials, MRO supply, and resilience across extended supply chains.
Government & Public Sector
Tender-ready documentation, compliance, and auditable delivery.
Standards & Governance
Supplier qualification
Every supplier is assessed on capability, capacity, financial stability, and compliance before entering our network — and reassessed on performance.
Quality assurance
Specification sign-off, pre-shipment inspection, and documented acceptance criteria on every order.
Commercial transparency
Clear pricing structures and defined scope. No hidden margin, no scope drift.
Confidentiality
Client specifications, supplier terms, and commercial data are treated as protected information across every engagement.
Our Footprint
Crest IQX Global operates through strategic hubs in the US, UAE, UK & Europe, and India, supported by a sourcing and delivery network spanning Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
That structure is deliberate. Proximity to GCC clients, commercial and regulatory fluency in the UK, and direct manufacturer relationships across Asia mean we move between specification, sourcing, and delivery without handing the client off to a third party.
We are origin-agnostic in sourcing. Suppliers are selected on category fit, quality, and total landed cost — never on a fixed country of origin or a legacy relationship.
Crest IQX was built from the operating side of the business, not the consulting side.
I have run manufacturing. I have built and sold into consumer markets. I have worked inside supply chains where a delayed shipment or a wrong specification carries real cost — the kind that lands on your own P&L, not a client's report.
That is the perspective we bring. We understand the problem because we have had to solve it ourselves, under commercial pressure, without the option of escalating it to someone else.
Enterprises do not need another vendor. They need a partner who takes ownership of the outcome and stays accountable to it after the invoice clears. That is the only standard we build to.
Common Questions
What makes Crest IQX different from a traditional procurement agency?
We operate across six connected service lines. When a sourcing problem turns out to be a staffing problem, or a supply chain issue is really a process issue, you do not need to appoint a second vendor and re-explain your business.
Which regions do you deliver in?
Our hubs are in the US, UAE, UK & Europe, and India, with a supplier and delivery network across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
Do you work from a fixed supplier list?
No. We qualify suppliers per category and per requirement, so specification and total landed cost drive the decision rather than an existing relationship.
What size of organisation do you typically work with?
Mid-market to enterprise — organisations with multi-site operations, recurring procurement volume, or regulated compliance requirements.
How do engagements usually start?
With a scoping conversation and a defined pilot: a single category, a single site, or a single tender. We earn the wider mandate.
Tell us the constraint you are working against.
We will tell you whether we are the right partner to solve it.
