1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, websites, and applications offered by Crest IQX Global ("Crest IQX", "we", "our", or "us"). By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Service Engagement

Our solutions encompass Global Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing, Staffing & Talent Solutions, and Strategic Advisory. Specific deliverables, timelines, and commercial parameters for any engagement will be defined in a distinct Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Service Agreement (MSA) prior to commencement.

3. Compliance and Regulatory Standards

Crest IQX Global operates across multiple jurisdictions including the US, UAE, UK & Europe, and India. All supply chains, staffing deployments, and advisory services are conducted in strict adherence to local and international regulatory frameworks. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their utilization of our deliverables complies with applicable laws within their operating territories.

4. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, strategic models, documentation frameworks, and analytical tools developed or provided by Crest IQX Global remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables solely for their internal operational purposes as outlined in the respective agreement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client operational data, strategic objectives, and financial structures with the highest degree of confidentiality. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are executed prior to substantive engagements. Crest IQX Global will not disclose proprietary client information to third parties without explicit authorization, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Crest IQX Global acts to mitigate operational risks, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from supply chain disruptions, third-party vendor failures, or force majeure events. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website or direct communication to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your overriding Master Service Agreement.
